Damaged Item

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item has arrived to you damaged, we will resolve the issue with proof item was damaged in transit, please reach out to me at craftingmementos@gmail.com. 

Returns

Unfortunately, all sales are final! I will not accept final returns or process refunds. If there are issues with your order, you can always contact us with any concerns at craftingmementos@gmail.com and I will do my best to resolve your concern.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item in exchange for the previous order. I am more than happy to exchange an item. Please note that if an item is returned in the event of an exchange you will need to cover the cost of shipping.
